It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition.

Dirty towel on arrival, no shower cream in the bathroom and a hole in the bedding. Just one complaint after another. Breakfast wasn’t the best and we never bothered with it again. Never again will I stay in this hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Da es direkt am Alexanderplatz ist ist man sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden und kann so gut die Stadt erkunnden. Duschen war leider sehr umständlich. Die Wassertemperatur wechselte ständig von heiss auf kalt und wieder zurück innert sekunden. Der Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht auf ein grösseres Modell und dann ging er den rest des Urlaubes aber nicht mehr.

Check in und check out gingen super schnell. Wir konnten das Zimmer schon gegen 13 Uhr beziehen, an ein Babybett wurde gedacht. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Insgesamt würde ich wieder kommen.

Very disappointed with this property. Pros: location is great if you want to be central to Alexanderplatz and top attractions; clean, relatively comfortable. Cons: lobby - there is none! The lobby is a shared space with a walk through to the square, tourist shop, Burger King. There is a small self service shop with drinks and snacks and a restaurant/bar, but NO PLACE TO SIT, essentially, no real lobby area. Bathroom: instead of an enclosed bathroom there is a toilet room and the shower and sick are open to the room. The option for privacy is a shower curtain-like (or hospital curtain) that pulls around the sink/shower area. Ugly, flimsy, and does not work well. If left open, the wall between the shower and toilet room is a frosted glass so you can literally see the person sitting on the toilet! Finally, the shower alternated quickly between burning hot and cold without warning or trying to adjust. I opted not to bathe the last day as it was so unbearable!!

The hotel itself was fine, it was in a good location with excellent transport links right outside the hotel door. The disappointing aspect for us was that due to unforseen circumstances we had to return home early, cutting short our stay. We understand the hotels cancellation policy, but we thought they may make an exception in such unfortunate circumstances. However the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund for our shorter stay. We will not stay in a Park Inn Raddison hotel again in the future.

Gute Hotel. Das einzig nervige war der Fahrstuhl, der zu den Stoßzeiten überfüllt und an immer wieder anhielt und das manchmal auf 10 Etagen.
