沒有停車場！因為飯店就在大路邊，完全無法臨停，須停到對面車站的停車場，再把行李推去飯店

飯店附近感覺有點雜，飯店比較像學生旅館，不知道是不是暑假關係，大都是學生入住，床的設計（雙人床上還有上層床）很容易不小心很大力撞到頭，上層床好像沒清潔還留有上個小朋友住客的玩具，床邊角和床單上都是灰塵，是個什麼都沒有的超簡易房間，唯一優點：有冷氣

Lovely property, we ate dinner in the restaurant which was great for a simple burger, never had any issues to require us to speak to staff as everything is done through the app including check in/out and room key, but reception was always manned. Bags were safe locked in the luggage room for day of departure, we hired a large locker for 12hr for €4. Lots of places to relax including a children’s play area. Right opposite a major train station (s bahn) with direct links to the airport which was easy to navigate for our late arrival.

Clean room, definitely suited for short term stays, great location right by Berlin Ostbahnhof and next to East Side Gallery. Communal spaces were nice enough, could be cleaner but they are used by a lot of people so understandable. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is OUTSTANDING! Schulz fulfills that elusive wish - a hotel that is both affordable and "ticks all the boxes". This is one of the best hotels we've stayed as a family. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was compact but we had plenty of space - the kids loved having their own, individual beds! The room and common areas were very clean. WiFi was fast. The bathroom was a good size, plenty of towels, and quality hand and body soap. The restaurants on the ground floor had great service and delicious food. The location is ideal - walkable to a few sites coupled with excellent transport links. Initially, we were worried that since there were a lot of young people that the night/wee hours would be noisy as they returned from bars/clubs. How wrong we were! The hotel was quiet - we all slept very well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location in Friedrichshain. Close to local food/drink spots (Yaam, Holzmarkt 25, RAW Gelande) and the east side gallery of the wall.

We requested an early check-in, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, simply telling us the room wasn’t ready and that we should keep checking back ourselves. They offered to store our luggage for an extra fee, which felt ridiculous considering the circumstances. For over three hours, we returned every 30 minutes to ask if the room was ready — each time receiving the same cold response. Even after the official check-in time had passed, the room was still not ready. We were told to wait an additional 15–20 minutes with zero apology or empathy. By the time we finally got access to the room, we were so frustrated and uncomfortable with the whole experience that we only stayed for about two hours before deciding to book another place for the night. The way we were treated was unacceptable — I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel. Frankly, it’s shocking that a place with such high ratings delivers this kind of service. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel serves its purpose, somewhere to stay with good transort links and internally it is quiet with plenty of space on the ground floor for seating with a cafe and bar. However the local area is grubby and the station nearby attracts homeless drinking on the pavement, tent living and lots of youth wandering around in large groups.

The hotel was clean and new and conveniently located. However, the room was extremely small and the two top bunk beds were difficult to access. Breakfast is also not included.
