“The host was great with communication and checked in to make sure we got in ok and when internet was out that someone was coming to take a look and then make sure it was working. Very responsive. It is a charming place, a little on the older side, but comfortable. ”

The beds were comfortable which allowed for a great night sleep after a sun filled day. Nancy was always available, even late at night when we were lost and had trouble finding the house. Overall this was a great stay and I have already informed Nancy we will be back next summer!”

“Everything was wonderful. There is not enough tvs in the bedrooms. There were cob webs everywhere.Other than that it was a great place plenty of room and location. ”

“WiFi code was not clear but was very quickly and easily solved just by contacting the host. The house had all basic essential needed to partake in the community’s activities. Even had a basketball for the newly installed court. Was very clean! Just needed more toiletries two bathrooms were low on the toilet paper but overall, very convenient to everything . Plenty of options for entertainment for family. ”

“Good experience! Our family of 6 enjoyed our 4 day stay. Pros: Nice home. Beautiful community. We enjoyed our morning walks. Nice community center with pool and gym. Stocked house. Close to all attractions. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Cons: This property needs a different cleaning crew! Major housekeeping issues that is obviously not owners fault and I will private message them about. House has of steps to go up and down. Also refrigerator water dispenser was not……

“The floor on the first floor appears to have some water damage under the vinyl covering. the floor is spongy and wavy. Several pillows didn't have a pillow cases. Other than this place was great, I look forward to the next opportunity to stay there, great view of the 18th green”

“This is one of the best stays we have had. The community had a lot to offer and everyone was so friendly. The cottage is the cutest and had everything we needed. We traveled from almost 4hours away, so the beach chairs toys boot boards bikes etc was a big drawl because it freed up trunk space! The renter is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also in the perfect place accessible to beaches, stores, amusements etc. we will 100% be staying here again when in MD!”

“This property was perfect for us as it gave us the quiet and calm that a home should, but still within minutes of beach and all that Ocean City has to offer. Groceries, drug store, gas, and other items are just outside the community, so that made it easy to grab essentials in and out each day. Kim was great too, easy to get a hold of and checked in on us before and after the stay. ”
