“Had trouble with the parking meter and the guy from reception came and helped me. Great location. ”

“Food at the restaurant was excellent, extremely high quality. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, but we did have a problem with no hot water on our first morning that took about an hour to get sorted. Went to shower in the late afternoon and the same issue again. Checked with the front desk and an engineer couldn't get to sort it until after 6pm, as we were eating at 7pm we had to have cold showers. We were planning on using the fitness room both days but……

“Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge. ”

““Un séjour très agréable au Clos du Lac ! La maison d’hôtes est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue, avec un confort et une propreté irréprochables. Anaïs assure un accueil attentionné et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et bien pensé, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Seul petit bémol : le sauna infrarouge, un peu trop petit à mon goût, j’aurais préféré un sauna traditionnel. Mais cela reste un détail face à la qualité globale de l’expérience. Une adresse à recommander !””

“Nice stay with no problems and everything went smoothly. The location is beautiful with some lovely old buildings in the proximity including a particularly nice chateau. A good continental with good ingredients too. Handy for the autoroute We would go again.”

“We stayed here as a first stop on the way from Calais to Austria. Only positives. A few minutes walk to the tram station with regular and fast service into Reims. Close to the motorway. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Modern comfortable rooms. Pleasant neighbourhood. Ample parking.”
