“Loved it”

“The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.”

“Each day we would explore a new area of Bidwell Park and Chico and enjoyed the home when we returned to set up our laptops and list the birds we had seen for the day. The large table in open-concept kitchen was perfect to sit around and the sofas and recliner were nice for enjoying our morning coffee and reading before we made breakfast in the spacious and well accommodated kitchen. Spacious home with nice backyard. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed Cara's cabin. It was cozy, equipped with everything we needed and the setting is beautiful and secluded. We especially appreciated the privacy & the large bathtub with jets and a big window on one side of it. I highly recommend this cabin for an idyllic get-away. Also, Cara did an excellent job of communicating with us. ”

“It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them ”

“Overall great experience and will be staying again. House was very clean and stocked full of goodies. Spacious for kids to run around and play. Quiet and peaceful location. Hosts are easy to get a hold of and made everything run very smooth. Perfect spot for our family to stay and have people come to us instead of us running around trying to see everyone on our visits.”

“As you enter the home its like a step back in time. There was great thought put into this home. From the wall paper carpet and furinture. The atmosphere was amazing also. Quite and zen. With the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms you have your own personal space to truely relax. The best part of the trip is no tv but there was wifi if you need tv that bad you can watch on your phone or tablet. I grew up in this town and this house is what every resident that buys a house strives for. Truely a……

“Accurate pictures. Hands on manager. Very responsive. We picked this for our son and daughter in law for the Holidays. They said it was the best we have picked for them in the 5 years we have been doing it for them. In the middle of town and close to everything but located in a quiet neighborhood. Would pick this one again.”

“Decorated so chic and stylish, extremely clean, and stocked very well. We felt so welcome when we entered the home. TV's placed where you can watch from any place in the house. Heater/AC units keep the temperature very comfortable throughout. We loved the size of this home. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Although we didn't use the gas grill in the fenced backyard on this trip, we sure will on our next! Highly recommend a stay at this Chico GEM! We look forward to staying here again!”

“Our host Jenny was prompt and pleasant in our communications. The home worked perfectly for home activities and exploring the community and the Lake. We loved the decor and comfort. “Lovely - location and property itself. Well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Deck in back is 'cozy' and could use a few more chairs. Web site lists 'hot tub' - we spoke with owner there is none. Would have been nice but was a most minor issue. Nice place whish it was mine. We give it an EXCELLENT RATING. :)”
