“The main reason for booking this place was for the pool area for our daughter. We were not informed about the pool being closed until 2 hours before check in and that is only because I called to ask for early check in. The hotel offered to cancel my stay at no charge which was nice but offered no other accommodations. “We chose Mainstay for the price, but found it excellent and met our needs well. I especially appreciated the later (11:30) checkout, and they were even flexible enough to give us a little longer. Thank you! The room could be a little bigger for having a kitchen and eating there, but it worked out OK for that. Walls are a little thin for noise, but not terrible.”
