“Very nice owner. Could use some updating. For the most part was pretty clean. Did have quite a few dust bunnies hanging around the bathroom ceiling. Our AC did not work-but, it was cool enough at night to keep the room somewhat comfortable. I don’t know that I would stay there again with other options-but, for a “mom and pop” business-it was ok. ”

“This is the ideal property if you want to have convenient access to the lifts and gondolas at Winter Park. It is literally across the street. Exit the building, cross the street, walk 50 yards to lifts. The unit is clean and well decorated. Most importantly, for me, the bed is super comfortable! The owners are amazing and checked in with me every step of the way. I will definitely be staying here again!”
