“We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. ”

“Always a nice stay at the Clipper. Neat ,comfortable clean rooms with parking right outside your room. Such a convenient location in the heart of Rockingham. Staff are always happy, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend. ”

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.”

“It was ok for what I needed. Close to hospital. Room is very basic. Tea & coffee area needs an upgrade. No proper cups, just 2 disposable ones. Will use it again just for the convenience. Bed was comfortable though.”
