“We stayed in the Sand Dune unit. Lovely unit on beach front. Not at all noisy though you can slightly hear the neighbouring unit. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by and enjoy the sound of the surf. Only stayed one night but would have loved to be able to stay longer. Ate dinner and breakfast at the Esplanade restaurant - very authentic Italian food, would highly recommend.”

“We loved the Professor’s house, great jazz wonderful books, beautiful views and a cosy house what more could you want on a winter break. Felt special to share in his wonderful family home. “Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area.”
