“The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard. The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service”
