“The location couldn't have been better. The weather was exceptional for outdoor activity. The accommodations were clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook at home. We enjoyed sitting on the deck hoping to see wildlife but didn't. We did have a visitor one night. One morning we woke up to the lock on the garbage container broken and knocked over with bear paw prints as evidence, but no bear in sight. “The home was very clean and had all we needed. We especially appreciate an extra 1/2 bath. The one full bathroom was large with plenty of hooks for the plush towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig and dishwasher. We had a great stay and would definitely choose this property again if in the area. ”

“The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable.
