“It was ok until we went to leave and saw that someone slashed two tires on same side and of course the cameras weren’t working ”

“You get what you pay for. The first room we got was never clean, beds were very dirty and the pillows had nasty stains. The receptionist moved us to a different room on the same conditions. They refuse to reinvers us so we had to pay a room in a different hotel.”

The front desk agent helped us at 1am with his whole heart. He definitely went out of his job role and helped us and did extra for us to get the room. He is super good guy went out ”

“I have stayed there before and didn’t have any issues and still really don’t. The staff on Hand didn’t seem very friendly and welcoming. But the breakfast and morning coffee had a great bed for a good night’s sleep is just what we needed.”
