Staff was less than enthusiastic. Had to ask for a different room as the air conditioner was too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Fitness room was actually in the hotel across the parking lot.

During my two-night stay, I was consistently unable to find breakfast, only coffee. The room was devoid of bread, apple juice, or orange juice. When I ordered something to eat, I was informed that there was no more available. I visited the establishment at 8:30 am on the first day and again at 7:30 am on the second day, only to discover that there was nothing to eat. Additionally, the room had a distinct damp or wastewater-like odor. Furthermore, when I attempted to use the pool, I found it filled with dirty dirt, prompting me to avoid using it altogether. This place needs the better management. They could do way better the profit wise than what they have been doing if they focus on management. They don't even provide you the basic essentials like towels, soaps and other things. my suggestions, please charge another $10.00 more and give the guest basic stuffs. very poor management. I won't recommend anyone unless they improve on managerial things. In the name of saving money, they are holding the "tail" and losing the "body".

Overall our stay was ok for the price. The floor carpet was dirty and sticky to bare feet. It was also slightly wet as if they had tried to clean it before we arrived. The attempt was unsuccessful and it gave the room a damp smell. There was no microwave in the room so we had to use one in the breakfast area. The phone was missing the cable so could not use it when we needed to call the reception. Beds were good and clean, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, although juices were watered down to the point when they had almost no taste. Coffee and hot chocolate were available at the lobby all the time which we appreciated.

The staff was very kind and helpful but the room was old and damp. Seemed like water damage in the room. Luckily we only stayed for one night. Would not stay there again.

The service representative at the morning breakfast was nice and polite. The room gave the appearance of clean. However, there was only 1 set of towels in a double queen bed room. And when more towels were requested we were told they were out of towels for the evening. A first for me! Then it got worst the next morning my husband and daughter were severely bitten my bedbugs. Had to spend hours in the ER, another 1st for me, with over 40 years of staying in hotels around the world for the military, pleasure family travel or business travel. This was the worst!! I should have trusted the other reviews. A lot of people mentioned the "No towels" issue and no one being present at the front desk. Trust me spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere eles. :((

If I could give this a lower score, I would. The reviews and pictures online were very deceiving. We had to change rooms twice because one smelled like someone defecated in it and the other was full of cigarette smoke. They did not have enough towels throughout our stay so three of us had to share two towels for two nights/days - unacceptable. We tried to use the laundry but the washer didn't wash well and the dryer did not dry. Couldn't use the second dryer because it was melted from a fire and had eggshells in it. Really disappointed in the hotel - I don't expect much and appreciate the price, but was really lacking in some basic needs and overall cleanliness.

This property had no towels and never cleaned our room. The night shift front desk person was rude and borderline racist toward my wife. He walked away from her and talked to her in the rudest tone. Stay away from this property. The pictures on the website and rating must have been from the day of the fresh paint and carpets. Rundown and not worth the cheaper cost!

There was limited staff at this hotel and therefore nobody available at times at the front desk. We had to wait for someone to show up. They did not have enough towels if we needed more - for the pool or room. The drawers in our room kept open because they would not stay shut. Overall, this was not a great hotel - ok for a short stay.
