“這次酒店住宿非常不愉快。首先本人住宿期間，遇上火車大罷工，本來一小時三趟的從巴黎開往酒店附近的火車，最後削減成3小時一趟。其次，如果不會法語的朋友，得要慎重考慮要不要住宿這個酒店，因為周邊的人很少會有人精通英文。論酒店，他們除了一個女員工，其他的英文程度有限。而且他們堅持晚上六點半之後門禁，他們要所有旅客遷就他們六點半下班，就算本人時間衝突，找到途人幫忙在電話裡面翻譯我因為有事情要忙，我要晚上八點才可以到達酒店，他們都不讓步，結果我在火車罷工當日，犧牲大半日白天在巴黎市中心辦事情的時間，特意搭唯一下午一點多還營運的火車去他們酒店拿房鑰匙，還有大閘的密碼。然後當天晚上七點多我回到酒店，我還看到接待處有工作人員，但是我質問為什麼在check……

“La chambre était sympa .c est presque un p'tit studio . Comme on est arrivés après 20 H30 fallait récupérer le code d entrée de la chambre .C était un peu compliqué car je n' avais pas le numéro de réservation.”

“已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。”
