“The place was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! My husband and I had the best sleep in years. Jerry is great about communicating with you to make sure your stay is great. “The condo was exactly as the pictures look. The place was very clean,close to shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. Rick was very communicative, although we had no issues,he was checking in to make sure all was good. Will go again and would recommend this rental.”

“The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.”

“We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. Very nice space inside with big couches and a large dinner table for meals and games…a great family place for……

“Incredibly clean, new, and well designed and appointed. Crisp comfortable sheets and bedding, thoughtful hosts. A great location to walk to Main Street in Littleton. ”

“Overall a good stay. Location of the building is excellent. Location of the unit within the building is good (first floor, end unit). However, because it is an end unit, the exit door of the building would slam and shake the master bedroom wall every time someone entered/exited the building. Would be nice if building manager would "soften" the closing of the door. Unit could use a little maintenance/updating. Ceilings in both showers are crumbling, shower head in main bathroom sprays……

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
