Privacy!! The whole private 1493 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house and large yard with picnic table on a corner lot that borders private woods, wildlife and a quiet dead end street. Only 1 block walking distance to all the action such as, the Historic Colonial Theater on Main Street/route 302 and all the action in Bethlehem Village such as quaint shops, dining , such as Rek-lis restaurant and brewery along with free Gazebo music concerts in the Summer, close to hiking and bike trails also. Home is Sanitized between guests with clorox/lysol wipes, also Alcohol and peroxide cleaned. All bed linens washed between guests. Highest peak East of the Rockies with fresh mountain air. This comfortable home was great for our getaway. Communication was easy and clear. We were offered early check in and late departure and that was so kind and appreciated. The steps had been salted for our arrival as it had been a little icy and they could be slippery. Thank you for ensuring that was done even tho it was late March. We did not get to bring our dog, but if we'd been able to, she would have been welcome which was so sweet. And there were no odors or sign of other's pets from previous renters. Everything was clean, spotless even. That always gives me peace of mind. We didn't have any concerns about anything during our stay. Listing is clear the master bedroom is a double bed and that worked out for us but when one tossed and turned, the bed definitely responds both with movement and sound. Linens were very comfortable, with flannel sheets and perfect blanket weights. The master bath includes a soaking/Jacuzzi tub although the hot water heater doesn't offer a large enough capacity to fill that suitably. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The price was great and the host was very communicative. She let us know things to do in the area and checked in throughout the stay. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. We were able to bring our small dog which made planning the trip even easier. The host provided bowls and a bed which made our dog (and us) very happy. Before we'd left I'd already looked at other dates to book this property! Highly recommend!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with everything you might need and thoughtful details like kcups and regular coffee for the different kinds of coffee machines (we added our leftover k cups!) and a big flashlight by the door for taking the dog out at night. I'm always a little wary of properties that take dogs (even though we often travel with ours) because sometimes it's obvious a dog has been there. That was not the case here - the house was clean and if there were t dog beds (which our dog loved) and bowls then we would have never known. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very sweet to suggest some things to do as well as respond quickly. The house is "well loved" in that it feels cozy and lived in (very strong bear theme, which the kids loved!) but has a nice layout for hanging out with the family and the big kitchen is a plus. We wouldn't hesitate to book again! Make sure you check out neighboring Littleton for a fun downtown and covered bridge.

This home had everything we needed. It is very comfortable with enough space to rest and just hang out. We enjoyed this home and it was the perfect location for us to see many sights in the area without going too far. The restaurant one block away was fantastic.

Bear Crossing is family friendly property in a super convenient Bethlehem location! I loved that you could walk to all of the downtown restaurants and attractions in minutes. Wonderful hiking and biking trails were also minutes away. I enjoyed the convenience of having a well stocked property. All of the bedding and towels you could ask for. We ate out almost every meal, I could see that the kitchen was well stocked. We never ran out of coffee cups or drinking glasses! The air-conditioning was a plus, the weather was hot during our visit. Two full bathrooms were very clean and convenient for a family of four. Marilyn was a welcoming and gracious host. I appreciated her quick response to my question. My only suggestion would be to improve the mattress in the master and leave some space in dressers and closets for your guest to unpack. Thanks for a lovely holiday at Bear Crossing!

We stayed a couple of days with a few friends to climb Mount Washington. Everything was as expected. We loved the town and the proximity to the mountains. The host was was very responsive and very nice. Everything required was on site. We loved the bear theme and the classic radio in the living room! Strongly recommend!

We came to see the Eclipse and found our future go to spot. Clean and fully equipped with anything you might need and hadn't thought of, like board games for the kids. The owner is friendly and very focused on the renters having a great time

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was great, the house was well stocked and all the little details were thought of. The pictures online make it kind of hard to grasp the layout but we were pleasantly surprised with the space. Two adult couples and two teens had plenty of room to hang out together, but also enough room to spread out and wind down!

Great Host! Marilyn goes above and beyond for her guests. The place is 12 minutes to cannon mountain. Roomy house where a family of 5 had plenty of room. Most importantly, the house is clean. Marilyn was a great communicator with every detail from booking to checkout. Book this house - you will not regret it.
