This property looks like it used to be real nice. Now, every cost cutting measure possible has been taken. Pool has been empty for 5 years. Gym: Closed. I was looking for the cheapest place I could get but after staying there, I realized that there is a reason to spend more money. It seemed like the rapture had taken place and left just a handful of us sinners. Also, the bathtub was mostly clogged leaving us ot shower in 3 inches of water. By hey, it wasn't dangerous.

I would like to make a report about my experience and room, it was gross white stains on the floor dirty toilet that was clogged and even smelled like a dead fish inside the room. Nothing matched the pictures online I payed 170$ for a room that felt like a 40$ worth for just one night and on top of it the lady at the front was very disrespectful I told her the room smelled and asked why we got a room that did not fit the pictures we expected from online Then she was very rude to the point of yelling at us for just requesting to talk to someone hire up and letting her know the room smelled and she offered to have someone clean it we came back later that night to the room that still smelled bad and was not even vacuumed you can tell from spilled food on the ground that was there before we even showed up I have photo evidence

The shower in my room did not work and the front desk said nothing about the pool not being up and running. When it says breakfast included all there was was cereal, bread, and a waffle maker. We had two nights planned but left after one night because it wasn’t what we paid for.

The room was dirty and in dis-repair. The breakfast area was electrically inopperative with no refridgeration for milk, no coffee maker, no waffel maker etc.

The grounds were dark and didn’t feel safe. The rooms were filthy. Carpet dirty, towels and bed linens were stained. Our shower knob was broken and toilet was unstable. When I inquired about the uncleanliness and if I could get a refund for the second night that I had booked, the staff were not too concerned by stating they were short on staff and any inquiries could be made with the manager the following week. Unfortunately this property is not worth the money per night.

I regret to say that my stay here has been a huge disappointment, and it seems the negative reviews were spot on. I initially reserved two rooms for my two teenage boys and another for myself and my high-maintenance 2-year-old. My goal was to ensure my boys are comfortable and can rest before their basketball tournament tomorrow, but it seems the staff had different plans.Upon check-in, the lady seemed fully aware that she was giving me only one room. I had specifically booked two twin bunk bed rooms for my boys and a separate room for myself and the baby, connected by a middle door for easy access. Instead, we were forced to squeeze into one room. Fortunately, the king-sized bed room had a pull-out couch, but the bedding was old and uncomfortable. I had to pile on three comforters just to make it bearable. The other room with the bunk beds was in terrible shape. As soon as we opened the door, it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly for months. The sheets were used and visibly dirty. It reeked of dust, and the old furniture was nearly rotting. To make matters worse, the room’s garage contained five cans of Coca-Cola, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous occupants. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning in the bunk bed room was broken. Staffe attempted to cover this up with a blue blanket.The bathroom was appalling; there were chunks of drywall all over the bathtub, and the water was shut off, suggesting the staff knew this room is out of order.

Had to use a phone left on the check-in desk to let someone to come down to get us check-in. The women that showed up sloppy dressed, coughing Only spoke when needed. Morn was okay but not like Ramada of the old days parking lot was littered. The upside was the room was clean beds were fine. Worth what we paid and needed. Morning staff member told us to leave the keys on the counter. She was well kept and very friendly

The pictures on-line vs what you see when you get there...Furniture is not only outdated, but the wood is worn and shows through the black paint on most pieces, the hot tubs handles were removed, the rugs may never have been stretched; literally 2-3" ripples ALL over the room. When we turned on the water in the bathroom and shower, it blew air, then spit water. The bathroom sink leaked onto your feet while using the basin. The common areas haven't seen care for over a decade. The ladies room in the lobby had an out of service sign, but staff assured us it was fine. They just do that to keep out riff-raff. The pool was out of service, and our bill was printed on the back of an old guest ledger sheet. We were given names, dates, room numbers, rates, and total bill pricing for some 8-10 guests from December 2021. The restaurant does not appear to have been in business for years. They take deposits on the keys for your room (was returned several days later) and for all of the "waivers" you have to initial to be good citizens when you check in, they seem to have no problem with weed being smoked everywhere. Including no smoking rooms. The bed was uncomfortable. Bedding was stained. The best thing we can say is, the parking was free.
