“This is such a wonderful little place. It has an atmosphere of warmth & trust, while being retro & fun. I've stayed here once before, so I knew that I really wanted one of the rooms with an extra sink -- it makes it easy for two procrastinators to get ready at the last minute. I also remembered that the thoughtfully curated in-room guide would lead me to the breakfast place that I forgot the name of. This is definitely on my list of favorite motels, because it's just my kind of cozy cool.”

“the building was built in the 1930s yes its old . what a beautiful house. great porch great kitchen with shiplap walls and ceiling. very functional everything was there frig microwave toaster oven , nice bedrooms shower worked great . great yard firepit with chairs car parking on site .fantastic view of the lake. easy access to town and restaurants in walking distance . we were there to fish. great access to the lake. overall we liked it very much. hope to stay again next year.”
