“We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow. After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details.
