“Our three week stay in Renato’s flat was absolutely perfect. The apartment was fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, and had magnificent vistas from every window. The bed was large and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill. The gardens were immaculate. And the views! Assisi to one side, Spello to the other, and beautiful Bettona at sunset — breathtaking! Renato was a stellar host, so kind and helpful. We can’t recommend this property enough!”

The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. Great views & a nice house, but detail needs updating, we probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised there wasn’t a……

“This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area.
