“The flat is in a quiet living area and the owner is very nice. The room is cozy and clean. Room temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. Remember to contact the owner before arrival because there is no reception. There is parking space which needs extra pay and we need to find parking space in the vicinity area in the last day. We enjoyed our stay and thank you!”

“Our stay was amazing! The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Oscar was also amazing. He helped us with locating a pharmacy late in the night, reserved a wonderful restaurant dinner for us, helped me find a ATM and provided some information around the hotel and the town. He is a big asset to your hotel. We hope to be back in the near future for another stay. ”

“Logement entouré de cités dégradées. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble dédié à l'hébergement touristiques. Aucune indication extérieure, le numéro de l'immeuble est écrit au feutre. Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 et comme rien n'est indiqué nous avons cru à une fausse adresse. Nous avons questionnés des habitants des immeubles jouxtant et il ne connaissait pas l'existence de cet "hôtel". Après un quart d'heure d'attente et d'insistance une femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas le français nous à……

“Superb property with great amenities. Location is great as we were able to do day-trips to a few places. Sergio was great as a host and made check in and check out a very pleasant experience. D’un côté des mobilhome correct et de l’autre des vieilles caravanes dignes d’un squat et une population problématique (musique à fond, alcool, drogue et bagarre…)Même si nous avons eu la chance d’être du bon côté, le reste est à éviter. ”

"I think the room is okay. It is clean and big enough. However, the facility is quite antiquated. When you want to check in, you have to carry your luggage and climb three stairs. If you want to deposit your luggage at the hotel. You need to deposit it in the locker, but half of the locker is not available. Furthermore, the locker is at the basement, so you need to wait for the chance to go to the basement, since the elevator will go up stair first."

"Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here."
