The space
Master bedroom features: Queen Bed, 50in Roku tv, dimming lights, closet, and dresser for clothes storage. Workspace with 27in monitor, work chair and docking station.
2nd bedroom includes: 2 double beds, 43in Roku tv, closet, and dresser for clothes storage. Workspace with 24in monitor and desk chair.
Living room features an oversized chair, sectional with a queen sleeper sofa (linens are in laundry room closet), 50in Roku tv, throw blankets.
Screened in front porch area with furniture is great for relaxing and having coffee.
Kitchen includes coffee bar, microwave, air fryer, immersion blender, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. And, most common household kitchen items (dishes and silverware to service 8.)
Table has place settings for 6 plus 2 at the bar makes it fully functional for 8.
House includes washer and dryer, towels and wash cloths, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, some beach toys, and a Yukon cooler to keep your beach drinks and snacks cold. House also features WI-FI and 2 functional workstations with monitors.
Trash runs Mondays and Thursdays, please take can to left side of driveway.
No Pets, smoking outdoors only.
There are activities to enjoy inside (cards, Tetris, UNO, dominos, paint and canvases.) Mini golf putt putt set for use on carport or yard. (If painting please use plastic covering provided to cover table while painting.)
There are cameras on premises but are located outdoors only.
