“We left after the first night and stayed with friends in Claremont. The place was not as described. Lobby is dimly lit and it’s like a motel rather than a house or apartment. The bathroom had no door, just a curtain which made it very awkward for me and my teen daughter. The hallway carpet and walls were dirty and stained, shower also has rusty stains. Overall I felt misled by the description.The host was unresponsive until the day of arrival as was mentioned at the time of booking. They……

“The whole experience was amazing. We were able to find the location easily, check-in without issue, and get situated quickly. The kids loved the layout, the hot-tub, and the arcade style NBA jam. We also loved the hot tub, the safety of the neighborhood, and the overall appearance of the location. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided a very comfortable place. They even had an on-site pack-n-play! They also had a bookshelf with a great selection of literature. The next time we have……

“The property is located in a safe, family orientated neighborhood and very close to Beverly Hills. The inside is very cute and comfortable and the beds extremely comfy. Definitely lots of kosher foods-yummy! ”
