“This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements……

“This lovely home in the Hollywood Hills was perfect for our long weekend in LA. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, garage parking, and near all hot spots in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Nice kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Communication with Sam, the owner was great! This home has everything you need for a quiet stay in the hills...loved sitting on the porch and looking down at LA below. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place and very central to Beverly Hills. Had an issue with the smoke alarm but the hosts were communicative about it and tried to send someone out but we were not home. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were some gnats in the kitchen and the house stays a little hotter than we are used to, but overall it’s a beautiful home with very nice furniture in a fantastic location that is easy to get in and out of. ”

“This listing is completely misleading!! After booking, I was given two different addresses. One to meet at a random parking lot and another for the actual unit, which was nearly 30 minutes away from the advertised location. (I didn’t notice the switcharoo until I had Ubered 40 min to the original location I booked!!) After traveling all day it was too late to find another place. I text the owner and was eventually ignored!! Part of the outrageous check in instructions said not to let the condo……

“Having to rush to Los Angeles due to a family member falling ill and admitted into ICU, me and my wife didn’t know what to expect. We didn’t know how many people would be coming in, needing a place to stay and how long they were staying. This place was amazing, plenty of beds and plenty of room for the people we did have. Very clean, very quite, ”
