“-Communication from the property was great, gentleman at the reception desk was great and friendly -Be warned that this is a HOSTEL, so do not expect luxury! -They laundered our clothes for free and hung them to dry -They worked with us on moving rooms due to our first having some ants but they were great with allowing us to switch -Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was free and tasty; drinks not included at lunch and dinner -Be warned that if you book a room with a shower, it will be combined……

“Esperanza Boutique Hotel'de üç gece konakladık ve her detayı ile mükemmel bir konaklamaydı. Otel o kadar güzel dekore edilmişti ki kendimizi müzedeymişiz gibi hissettirdi. Otelin sahibi Ümit bey ve tüm ekip güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Hepsine böyle güzel bir hizmet sundukları için teşekkür ederiz. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. ”

“Tout dire serait trop et certaines notes valent mieux que de longs mots SERVICE et Disponibilité du personnel : 13/10 Propreté : 13/10 Nourriture : 9,75/10 (car pour les desserts "européens" c'est vrai que c'est difficile de satisfaire un français. Mais la possibilité de manger à toute heure (24/24h) c'était top Chambres très bien. Salles de bains un peu petite mais fonctionnelles et ce n'est pas là on passe le plus de temps”

“We stayed in double bed room. Poor cleaness. There was balcony on witch was air conditioner witch was very loud. We could hear it even we closed the bolcony door,so it was annoying. On the top of the head of the bed was a nightlamp whitch hold poorly there so it fel on the head. Behind the pillows was the lightswiches- so if you touch them witch your pillows- they turn on in the middle of night. So very thoughtless. The staff was one man,who didn't seem to be interested in us at all. He didn't……
