“Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. ”

“Vi havde fire helt uforglemmelige dage på Domaine de Blancardy – en unik, hjertevarm oplevelse, som vi sent vil glemme. Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af Frédéric og Céline, to vidunderlige værter, som fik os til at føle os hjemme fra første øjeblik. Deres varme, humor og nærvær skinner igennem i alt, de gør – her mærker man tydeligt, at man besøger en familie og ikke blot et hotel.
