Surrounded by countryside, this barn conversion is a perfect base to explore North Devon and North Cornwall or simply to relax away from it all.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Zip And Link 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds, (Access From One Side When Set Up As A Double)
Shower Room: Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. One acre grounds in front of the property for strolling and dog walking. Electric vehicle charging point by prior arrangement (additional fees apply). Allocated parking for two cars. No smoking or vaping. Please note: There is a large pond in the owners garden.. The Stables is the perfect retreat for family and friends and is nestled within the glorious North Devon countryside. This pretty, semi-detached converted barn has a large living/dining room to curl up in with a good book and a lovely, private rear garden ideal for a lazy breakfast while you plan your day exploring. At the end of a private drive and next to the owner’s home, this spacious holiday property is ideally placed to tour this stunning location and is just 8 miles from the breathtaking North Devon coast.
Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and magnificent scenery, the rugged beauty of Bucks Mills and Peppercombe beaches are just 8 miles away, whilst Westward Ho!, 10 miles, is popular with surfers and renowned for its beauty and 2 miles of sandy beach known as the Golden Bay. The delightful port town of Bideford, 10 miles, has a good selection of town amenities, restaurants and a weekly market. Take a boat trip to the nature reserve at Lundy Island or explore many pretty fishing villages including nearby Clovelly, Instow and Appledore.
Walkers can join the coastal path or why not cycle or walk the famous Tarka Trail? Great Torrington, known as the ’Cavalier Town’ from the Civil War of 1646, is just 7 miles and has a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, a delightful pannier market and the highly acclaimed Plough Theatre, which is sure to be a real delight for any and all guests. There is also the Dartington Crystal Factory and a local swimming pool nearby, and for garden lovers, the RHS Gardens at Rosemoor are just a short drive. Golf, horse riding and fishing are available locally, and for family fun there is The Ultimate Adventure Centre, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park close by. Beach 10 miles. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
