Poor performance by Hotels.com
"The hotel and property were very good. Our experience with Hotels.com was poor. They never sent information about checking in. The property office was closed and a note told us we had to get check in information from Hotels.com. No success on doing that. Finally got a call back from the property ..."

Beautiful warm home
"We enjoyed our stay at the Albaugh family guest house. The views were amazing. There is a great view of Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen. We enjoyed watching the cows move around in the pasture. A convenient location. We would stay again"

Only slept there. Bed was comfortable
"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
