“I can not express how much i loved this property. It was very cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect. Very close to the city but far enough to enjot the peacful quietness that Big Bear has to offer. Property manager was amazing. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. I cant wait for next summer to boom again! I definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Again i really LOVED Kookie Bear's Cottage!!!!! <3”

“The house is very nice it's in a very nice location there seems to be some things that the owner has letting go of at the property though that make it very disappointing. The hot tub heats up but the Jets do not work they barely work on one side of the hot tub there's no bubbles or steam it was a big let down the fireplace was also out of order which was a big letdown the microwave in the kitchen doesn't work and the barbecue was out of propane”
