LIVING SPACE - As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area, adorned with large windows that frame the captivating lake views. ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs first master bedroom has a king bed, twin bed, gas log fireplace, smart TV with cable, and private bath with jet tub and glass enclosed tiled shower with bench. Downstairs second master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
