Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!

This place is newer, safe, clean and self contain, our place was a 2 bed 2 bath condo with everything we needed for a long stay even though we only stayed for 2 nights. The place is beautiful!! We will come back and stay longer we loved it.

Staff was so nice (Thomas was our fave!), loved the peaceful ambiance, luxury apartment vibe, within walking distance from shops, kid friendly with a play room—will have to return when they open the pools again in May! My kids didn’t want to leave. Enough said.

Super happy with our stay at Bluegreen. We extended we liked it so much and they were able to accommodate us and stay in the room we were already in, even though they were busy. It snowed half way through our stay and it was extremely beautiful view from our second story balcony. The facilities were very clean but you could tell after the snow that there was a lot of foot traffic in the main lobby and walkways throughout. I don't find that to be any cause for concern since it was mainly pebbles etc picked up from the roads and pathways. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, paper towels, dish soap, sponge etc.

The property had a 5 star feel with everything you could think of at your fingertips including the look of the ambiance. The staff were all welcoming I liked that you has your own garage for parking and storage space for equipment. I wish they would provide garage clickers. I will be visiting again.

We couldn’t have been happier with this hotel! We had the 2 bedroom and it was clean with the latest amenities. It was extremely spacious for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). The kitchen is a nice size and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the game room and the heated pool. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s literally a block away from all the restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything which is nice because then you don’t have to try to find a parking spot. We looked at a lot of other hotels and I’m so glad we decided on this one. We wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were booked up and had to stay at a different hotel which wasn’t even half as nice as this one. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Bluegreen again. We won’t book anywhere else!

Our family of 6 stayed two nights in a 2 bedroom suite . This property is absolutely beautiful! Their clubhouse has games for the family and quiet places to relax and read if wanted . The suite was gorgeous and clean! Kitchen had everything we needed and was beautiful and modern ! Right next to Big Bear Village so we walked to shops and restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and friendly ! We will definitely return !!!

Our room (202) wasn’t ready and should not of been let out until it had a deep clean to rid of rotten food smells . Lucky we only slept there . All bedroom pillows were horrible in texture and shape ( cheap ) . We paid a premium price for sub standard experience .
