ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, jack and jill bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Living room has sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Seasonal community pool and spa. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, bard games, and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
