The stay started off well. Communication from the management company was excellent, and the remote check-in was smooth. The location is a big plus, right on the main drag and close to shops and restaurants. That said, my main issue was the value for the price. I’m not trying to sound boujee, but for what I paid, I expected more. The photos made the place look much nicer than it really was. The unit felt underwhelming and dated, and the only TV had such a dark screen that it was unwatchable. I was traveling alone and stuck inside due to snow, so that made for a frustrating experience. I ended up leaving early and booked another place for my second night. There were a few maintenance issues, like a slow-draining bathroom sink, and the unit wasn’t very soundproof. I could hear other guests walking through the halls and using their showers, which made it hard to relax. The parking situation was also a real headache. The lot is small with limited spots, and other guests’ large trucks took up most of the space. I had to park elsewhere and walk a ways, which wasn’t ideal since I had valuables in my car and I couldn't keep an eye on it.This property has potential due to its location, but it needs some upgrades, more accurate listing details, and better parking to be worth the cost, IMHO.
