“Everything was very nice in terms of location and room in the house along with fire pit and a Kayak to cruse down the river. The only issues were not having any tolet paper upon arrival and having to hand wash the dishes before using necause they had previously been washed with laundry soap”

Plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy time together and still have privacy. So many options for the kids in both game room areas. We will be back!”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house, and we had a blast. We enjoyed going to downtown Ellijay and then eating dinner on the porch at the cabin. This year we found two vineyards a mile from the house which was fun! We can’t wait to go back next year!”

“The view was amazing! The house gave us all lots of room. We had some issues with things not being clean. The Keurig was extremely dirty and so were the baking sheets. We pulled several dish out from the cabinets to use and had to wash them because they were not clean. My friend’s bed linens had not been changed. When she turned her bed covers down there was hair and dirt on the mattress. Also, we had some type of bugs in the beds. ”

“We were happy to have such an easy home to stay in for a family reunion and wedding in the neighborhood. We mainly used the home for sleeping and morning coffee overlooking the lake, and it was a good home base for our busy days. Thank you!”

“View on a Whim is a very nice home ! Our family did our family vacation here. It is just as described. Wr had 9 adults and 4 kids under 10. This is an excellent home, location and view. Rooms are large, kitchen is large, deck is large. Theater room is amazing and very comfortable. We had a very relaxing week here. Home is very clean and everything works properly. We will be back. Matt answers any questions promptly. ”
