The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. “This is a charming little house tucked between beautiful victorians just a few blocks from downtown Waupaca. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a place to sit outside, there is a restaurant on site in one of the big houses. The little cottage is an older house but clean and well kept, very big open main room and lots of room in the BR with twin beds. Kitchen is on the small side. Magical atmosphere on the property and walking distance from Waupaca Main St shopping or beautiful parks……
