“This place was awesome! The cabin location was perfect, right at the base of the mountains, and right off the river. We had a great time, saw plenty of wildlife to include pheasant, whitetail, mule deer, and turkeys every day. The cabin was very clean, and was stocked with everything you need to just stay all weekend. We never wanted to leave. We will be back for sure! ”

“My husband and I needed a much deserved weekend getaway and chose this quaint log cabin. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented, and having a king sized comfortable bed was important. It reminded us both of happy childhood memories spent in cabins in the woods of where we had grown up. We plan to visit this adorable cabin again. The owner, Anne, was a delight to work with, too. Story is a story book town at the foot of the Big Horns. Thank you!”

“Lovely, rustic getaway and a perfect staging area for a number of sites in the area. Medicine Wheel Nat’l Historic Monument The Brinton Museum Fort Kearny and the Fetterman Massacre-to name a few!”

“When we arrived at the assigned property and used the passcode to get in, it was obvious that someone else was still staying there. We called the manager who had us check another cabin and it had also not been cleaned. So we tired a third cabin and the beds were made but overall the place was dirty. We couldn’t eat off of the dishes until washing them first as they weren’t clean. Needless to say this was a disappointing experience all the way around. We do not recommend staying here. ”

“It was very cute and cozy. We had the impression that it was more secluded and not on a busy street right in town, and one block from a busy school. Fortunately, however, we visited in some unseasonably hot weather so we were inside in the AC much of the time. The cabin was comfortable and cool, and the washer/ dryer was a real bonus! ”

“The cabin itself was super cute and cozy. The only issues we had were that there was used coffee in the filter still and the floors were somewhat dirty. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for if it’s left dirty. The location was beautiful with deer and Turkey and the weather was great for this time of year ”
