“Lovely property. Very clean. Excellent communication with property manager. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, well designed floor plan. “We found this location a great choice as a relaxing weekend for our group of college friends and their spouses. The only minor criticisms were that we did not locate the indoor pool mentioned in the description and there was no propane for the grill. A phone number I had previously been given to report problems by our POC turned out to be for emergencies only. A follow-up email directed to VRBO was responded to in a reasonable time, with a rep dropping off a full propane tank. The bedrooms were……

“This was one of the cutest places we have ever stayed. It’s pretty local to us and it made for a great date weekend! We went and explored the creek access and can’t wait to book again during the warmer weather. The attention to little details that make a home away from home incredible was amazing here. “We had never stayed in yurt before so that was nice to try. The place was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was great and the bed was SO comfy. And the view from our porch was beautiful. The thin walls did take some getting used to. People in the next yurt over sounded much closer than they were. Their music and late night conversations were hard to sleep through. And snow sliding off the roof sounded like an animal scratching. But all in all it was a good time and we had fun. ”

“I rented the house to have a place to stay while visiting family from Virginia. The home was comfy and large enough to host my family of 8 and entertain extended family for a Thanksmas celebration. I didn’t find a shovel or salt which would have been helpful since it showed. I was also told it had 2 slow cookers, and couldn’t find either. Besides that, our experience was very pleasant and we would rent this home again. ”

“We had 14 people there with all ages and fit very comfortably. It was beautiful to look out to the snow covered lake. Hostess was great to respond to our needs and easy to work with. The driveway goes down a little hill which was hard to get up with the snow but we understood the guy who does the snow plowing was on Christmas vacation so should be fine in the future. We enjoyed our stay there. Shopping and bowling in Du Bois. ”
