“This was a super beautiful and cozy house for 8 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The theatre was a fun addition Host was super quick to respond to messages. Will definitely be staying here again when werein the area ”

“This house, amenities and area … it was perfect. Waking up in the morning sitting on the porch having a cup of coffee with your fur babies and looking at the beach was breathtaking. Again, thank you.”

“Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out.”

“The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. ”

“The backyard is perfect at this property. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Location of the house is very convenient. Lots of places that are walkable including beach access. ”

“Very comfortable and very clean accommodations. Fantastic view. Close to the beach, merely steps away to an almost private beach. Hosts had nice beach chairs and umbrella for use which were very much appreciated. The kitchen was adequately equipped to handle any cooking. Ample parking was available. Highly recommended this property. ”

“Everything was perfect and the condo was clean and very well stocked with all our needs. My grandson who lives in Jacksonville, was able to spend with his Mom, Aunt, and Grandma. We miss him a lot! Ocean was amazing and we also went sight seeing in Fernandinho Beach and St.Augustine.”
