“This was a fantastic location and set up for our mini family reunion. We had a group of 19 (4 couples plus kids/teens) and it was very spacious. The living and dining areas were especially very well sized for our group. “Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you will need. The Hot tub is perfect for 2-4 people. Make sure to refill it! The Barbecue made delicious chicken and Tri Tip. The wifi made it easy to watch UFC and NFL”

“This was a great house for 2 families to stay in (4 adults, 4 kids) for Leland Snowplay. Was 5 minute walk away so we could go tubing, come back for lunch at the house, then go back to tubing. Kids had a great time playing in the yard too. House was clean and description is spot on. The host responded to my questions immediately and was super helpful. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking meals for our large group. The downstairs bedrooms were a little cold though - the wall……

She was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving the situation. Big Trees park and downtown Arnold was accessible and close. I walked the neighborhood in the mornings and enjoyed the serene surroundings. ”

“Beds comfortable, easy access to house and in quiet neighborhood. Short walk to fire roads into Big Trees. Kitchen well stocked except for mostly non-stick pans which we prefer not to use. We are used to that in rentals so we always bring a couple good cooking pans”
