“此酒店在当地算是最好的酒店之一了。客间还可以。但wifi则不行,基本是在酒店大堂还可以发发图片,房间则常常不行。在当地,要多准备一些10卢币给小费,印度旅游各处要小费的!”

“I had my luggage taken care of by hotel receptioner until late night for free. They didn't give me amenities and leave my room for a long time until I said good bye. I thought the reason why they didn't prepare all amenities in the room in advance is to get tip as much as possible. I don't like this hotel service policy.”

“Sound proofing needs improvement. Sheets are with some stains. Hot water is not available at certain time of a day ( usually between 7 p.m. to 3 p.m ). Very friendly staff.”

“我透過Hotels.com訂了今年1月1日,共6晚Hotel Sujata的雙人房連早餐,並用信用卡付了全費。抵達後,我們出示Hotels.Com的voucher,該酒店經理卻拒絕我們的入住,堅持要我們再以現金付全費才讓我們入住,我們萬分驚訝,跟他理論但仍拒絕讓我們入住。 糾纏了個多小時,酒店經理應承我們的退款要求,並寫了一封信給我們,叫我們跟Hotels.Com聯絡安排取消及退款事宜。我們人生路不熟,十分慌張,急忙找尋另一間酒店並入住,隨即致電給Hotels.Com作投訴及退款要求。 Hotels.Com的職員聯絡該酒店,但該經理卻反口,叫我們立即入住,是他趕我們走的,說可以退款,但當我們在別間酒店check in後投訴他 ,卻反囗叫我們即時入住,實在荒謬離譜,反口覆舌,存心欺騙,令人髮指! 到現在事隔二十多天了,申請退款事宜仍在處理中,獲悉該酒店一直拖延沒有回復Hotels.Com。特此分享將此次痛苦經驗,希望其他旅客引以為鑑,以免再受同一折磨。”

“Our hostess Suman Raj met us with Chai on arrival and was wonderful throughout our stay We were there during the Holi festival and she made all her guests a meal to celebrate The guest house was spotless. It was off the main drag and was really quiet It was a short walk to the temples and bodi tree This will be my choice of places to stay the next time I’m in Bodgaya”
