“Had a great time and on the whole the hotel was very good, especially in terms of location and helpful staff. Room was very clean, Reception was helpful and plenty to see and do on the doorstep. My one niggle was the roof terrace was closed and there was no indication as to why or prior notice. This would have been great if open especially due to the location of the hotel. The only other slight issue was the coffee in the room wasn’t good at all, but there are plenty of places to grab……

“Great location, easy to walk to major sites. Comfortable beds and clean. The superior room was large compared to most European standards, worth the upgrade. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived in the morning and we were able to check in ”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
