“We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). “When we arrived late in the evening, we came to a cabin that was open. It was dark and it was only me and my daughter, so we did not go in to the cabin. We found a number to call when the reception was closed. A security guard answered and he stayed on the phone with us until we had checked the cabin.
