This was an absolute nightmare. This should be a ZERO STAR. I showed up to this hotel on 4/25/25. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t open (we tried 3 times). Second room they gave me, it was 90 degrees, dirty, beds were slept in, trash and dirty towels all over (the iron was on). The third room they gave me- the room didn’t have a mattress and was not clean. The fourth room they gave me had people in it!!! When I went to the office the last time, the front desk person- who is not a nice person, told me that he didn’t have anymore rooms for me. I asked for my money back and he said there was NO REFUND! It has been 5 days, still don’t have a response from the manager (who you have to email). The next day I called and another employee answered, I told him the story and I asked if they have cameras, he goes, yes we have cameras, why do you want to know that. I said because I am writing a statement to my lawyer to get my money back! He goes, oh is that a threat, we don’t have to do business together anymore. HA- I told him you already took my money for ZERO service!!!! All I want is my money back. I paid for two nights, I had children with me and it was very traumatic. There is so much more to the story but these are the biggest parts! **DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL** I also filed a report with the police department, my bank and all parties involved. Next is my lawyer to get my money back.

Booked last minute, so I guess I get what I paid for. Truly out dated inside and out. When we walked into our room the smell hit you. It smelt like my grandmas old oil that she never changes out of her frier. Not to mention the trash left from the last person who stayed in the room. Or the clumps of hair in the shower from whomever. Tv turned on but didnt work. Breakfast was disgusting. The 2 employees I interacted with looked like they didn't want to be there. Everyone has bad days I guess but just rude and not helpful. Pillows were hard as a rock and small. There was a AC unit in the wall only way to get it to cool down but made the room smell worse. Couldn't get the window open, not to mention it looked like the windows hadn't been cleaned in years. Fridge had mold in it. Pictures of the rooms are not what you're getting. Dont be fooled but this place.

The room was dirty with garbage sticking out from under the bed. There appeared to be an entire filling from a diaper inside one of the hot tubs, and lots of other random things in the other hot tub. The pool was murky and smelled of mold. The breakfast was out of many things, including milk for any cereal. Not in a very safe location, had a grown man taking videos of kids in pool that were not his - yes this was brought to the attention of staff.

The room had hair on the floors and bathroom and wasn't cleaned very well. The walls have dripping yellow stuff on them: Very limited outlets and the ones they do have your plugs are loose and fall out. My keys demagnetized randomly twice and I had to get new keys (no they weren't near my phone). One of the times when my keys wouldn't work and I couldn't get in the building. I just walked through the lobby and down the hallway and entered. I could've been any questionable character and freely entered the property without any question. Rooms are severely outdated. Walls are papier-mâché thin, and you can hear everybody's conversations when you walk down the hallways. The room was cold, and we went to ask the front desk for an extra blanket. When I asked the front desk attendant for an extra blanket, he told me he would have to go to the back to get one. He did not get me an extra blanket. Customer service was less than stellar to say the least. The pillows were so incredibly small, about throw pillow size. The breakfast area was not very attended and there weren't any plates and my mom had to find some under a cabinet herself. They say you can't take breakfast items to the rooms which I don't understand. They don't even have individual cartons of milk for breakfast. Everybody is sharing one store-bought gallon milk jug. The five dollar wristband for the slide was stupid and the flooring in the pool area tears up your feet. The sauna was not working either. Needs demolished.

’m not a big review person but at this point I feel obligated. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Customer service was almost non existent, room was dirty, sticky substance all over the floor, hair, ants, oh and let’s not forget the little bugs in the beds who bite at night! ( but don’t worry the “specialist” said it’s just a beetle….) the bites all over tell me and the videos of the bugs tell me other wise. Lights either don’t work or flash. Door A took at least 10 tries or more to open. Torn up carpets, smells… yea.. just gonna go ahead and stop there. Had to eat the cost and book another hotel because I couldn’t be refunded. Attempting to figure it out with the 3rd party app I booked with regardless of the hotel telling them otherwise. I would literally never stay here again. I have videos of these “beetles” and the little red ones crawling on the bed but it won’t let me add them :(
