This was an absolute nightmare. This should be a ZERO STAR. I showed up to this hotel on 4/25/25. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t open (we tried 3 times). Second room they gave me, it was 90 degrees, dirty, beds were slept in, trash and dirty towels all over (the iron was on). The third room they gave me- the room didn’t have a mattress and was not clean. The fourth room they gave me had people in it!!! When I went to the office the last time, the front desk person- who is not a nice person, told me that he didn’t have anymore rooms for me. I asked for my money back and he said there was NO REFUND! It has been 5 days, still don’t have a response from the manager (who you have to email). The next day I called and another employee answered, I told him the story and I asked if they have cameras, he goes, yes we have cameras, why do you want to know that. I said because I am writing a statement to my lawyer to get my money back! He goes, oh is that a threat, we don’t have to do business together anymore. HA- I told him you already took my money for ZERO service!!!! All I want is my money back. I paid for two nights, I had children with me and it was very traumatic. There is so much more to the story but these are the biggest parts!

I also filed a report with the police department, my bank and all parties involved. Next is my lawyer to get my money back.
