What I didn’t like was many things: 1. Room was dark and dreary. 2.unclean. 3. Unsanitary 4. Unssfe, the window does not lock. I was on the ground floor. The attendant gave me a cane to use and I did put it in the window. 5. The bathroom door had a hole in it. 6. The refrigerator went completely out. Loss of food. 7. Second Unsafe situation: Possible electrical outlet box not working. The air conditioner cord was attached to an extension cord into another outlet. The cord spread across the floor, also unsafe. It is a tripping hazard. I have pictures. 8. No staff cleaning the hallways, etc. for the four )4) days, four (4) nights I stayed there. 9. Towels requested wasn’t folded when handling them to me. 10. Just terrible air quality. 11. Doesn’t look, smell or act like a hotel:motel. 12. I need a Total Refund. 13. The furnishings, chair and mattress was just deplorable. Please, I Want My Money Baclk.

It smelled like weed when we stepped into the office. We reserved 2 kings and got 2 queens, maybe doubles. The restaurant and casino no longer exist. There were sketchy people all over the place. The air conditioner went off every two or so minutes, blowing more hot air than cold (even after unplugging it). Hair on the walls of the bathroom. Tub was filthy. Objects that were not ours were left

Quite literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Built directly across from a women's prison and just doen from a sugar beet plant, the outdoors smells like sewage from 6pm to 6am. The bed was like dleeping on concrete, and the walls are paper thin, so hearing everybody fight and go to the bathroom the entire night was already deterrent enough.

My stay was quick because of numerous reasons. First off I had to come down and inform the front desk that the wifi didn't work. Second when I was using the sink, my feet began to get wet because the sink has a leak. I went back to the front desk to inform them. I had to ask for towels to dry up the floor because there weren't any in the room. I woke up to go to the bathroom around 3:30 in the morning and saw a cockroach run across the wall, I took a couple of photos to show the front desk. I checked out at 4:50 that morning. Just disgusted with the roaches. I would like a refund on this stay due to the lack of everything and nothing being fixed and the idea of roaches made it easy to leave. I had to thoroughly check my stuff to make sure I didn't bring the bugs with me. I've called numerous times to talk to the hotel and see if I can talk to a manager and each time was told he isn't there. I was told of times he would be in and called at those times and was told he isn't there yet. I called every hour on the hour and nothing.

Really nothing about it was good we had no tv, thin blankets. We doubled over the heater was a small heater the temperature got up to 63 from 60. Very noisy with traffic and people noise.
