Had a problem with our key one night not working .we went to the front desk they fixed the problem and not really hot water in the shower other than that it was an ok hotel .

Upon entering into our room, we discovered the entire carpet was wet and the room stunk of a smell like wet dog. We were next given another room, which was a little better, but still had a smell. The room could have used a deep cleaning in the bathroom with floors, base areas and door. The bathroom door needing painting or replacing. The dinning area needs new furniture, as the chair covers have cracks and torn fabric. I was shocked at the overall appearance of the hotel. It’s easy to see the neglect. On a positive note, the breakfast was good! TV satellite was out and our bath water was tepid, on our second night. I have stayed in much nicer Comfort Inn’s, so this was a big disappointment. To be brutally honest, most of the guest in the breakfast area were full of complaints and very displeased.

First, the pictures are very deceiving. Some of the doors don’t lock. They furniture is all busted up. The ceiling tiles are falling down. There’s rust in the bathrooms. The carpet in the room was coming up. The curtains were failing off the windows. The pool area didn’t have any towels. When we asked about it the front desk laughed and said yea and walked away. We woke up to our cars having $20 bills on them. (it would be amazing if there wasn’t a fentanyl scare). The front desk did nothing about it. Just said ok.

We did not like the fact that our adjoining room door was open to the adjacent room prior to us entering our room. This was cause for a security breach of safety inside the room when entering and/or other hygiene issues. Upon notification to the front desk, it was basically no comment.

The hotel was located in an area with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. Overall the stay was average. The room had no toilet paper when we checked in. Breakfast was not the best.

This place is in dire need of a makeover. Paint peeling everywhere, stains in tub, interior doors coming apart, Netflix advertised on smart tv but says it was unavailable. Walls have holes in hallways. Complimentary water in lobby empty and looked like it had been that way for weeks. One of the side doors won’t read keys. Worst part of all was the fitness center. Not a single piece of equipment worked! Not one! I guess you get what you pay for. I travel for work so from now on I’ll pay extra and stay at Hilton properties across the highway.

This property is not up to par. The dining area chairs are old and torn up. Some of the chairs had chair/ bench coverings. Elevators, room, entire building old. Room was dirty with used tissue on floor, handprints on mirror and something on headboard. Asked to see a second cleaned room and it did not help me feel better about staying. Building looks deceiving on outside.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The ac worked well. The frig wasn’t cool/cold. The mattress was painfully firm. The shower floor was like standing on spikes and concave. The risk for falling even though there was a handrail is still very high. Will not stay here again.
