I would not recommend anyone stay at this location. It old and dirty. The entrance looks nice when you walk in but when you check in and make it to elevator it all changes. The baseboards look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The cloth couch and chair in the room was dirty with stains. I had to go by sheets to cover the sheets on there bed to rest comfortably. I told the lady at the front desk the room was not clean and she said she knew she had been getting complaints but she works the desk and that was housekeeping like she didn’t care and would not pass information on so someone could address the problem. Please don’t take anyone you love to this location please find another place to stay. I will never visit this location again. I suggest this site brings in a professional cleaning company to clean and repair this place from top to bottom.

we extended our stay because of the area our meeting was in. I asked for the room to be cleaned with plenty of towels some coffee supplies, several lightbulbs were out that needed attention. When we got back late that night there were 2 towels and 2 bathcloths that had been brought to our room. none of the other things was done. Also you should not be allowed to advertise breakfast it was the worst i have ever seen. cannot understand any of the staff

Room smelled of mold and mildew and something was biting us in the bed my wife is allergic to mold and has been sick for 3 days after staying one nite staff was not surprised when informed of these issues left after 1 nite to another hotel and was told i would only get a refund for one day when i had paid for 3 i requested a full refund due to the conditions of the room and the health issues my wife is suffering due to the mold in the room

The curtains didn't close! That was weird. The staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't have any linens in the bathroom when I got there after 4:00. Nobody would answer at the desk,so I had to walk down to the desk and ask for some. The breakfast was good.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews so take that for its worth please. Went to get breakfast at 8:45 am closed no coffee nothing. sign said 6-9am, four people in room enough towels for three people, would NOT give us anymore!!!! Place smelt like a 90's-night club all types of smoke and cologne to cover it up. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom way below standard! Only positive was location. Mind you we stayed in a Double suite paid more for that which is fine but definitely not what we paid for it. :(

Nice appearance from the outside! Dont expect courtesy service here though. The check in was pleasant but I was given attitude when I requested the wifi password. The room was a nice size for two hard and lumpy queen beds. The bathroom appeared clean until I saw mold on the safety bar in the shower. It was on the plate surrounding the handle of the faucet in the shower too. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff was friendly except for the day clerk. It seemed that she didnt like being bothered. She was the one who gave an attitude when asked about the wifi and again when a checkout recept was requested. I was told they dont issue one there, I could get it offline. I'm glad my card was charged the correct amount! We also noticed that this same employee wore the same clothes two days in a row during our stay. The pleather black skirt was hard to miss. It was accompanied by a white shirt and black sweater both days. The second morning only lacked the socks that went with her slippers. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you enjoy smelling marijuana smoke in the hallway either. They could make changes and it would be a great place to stay but it wasn't the best experience for us.
