First I would like to commend the staff at the hotel. They were all friendly and hospitable. The issue i have is I booked this motel based entirely for the location to the beach and the 4th of July celebration. On the 4th around 1 pm the motel parking lot started filling with locals by 5 pm there where no parking spots available but still more vehicles kept coming virtually locking in the parking lot. Several hundred locals filled the front of the property with canopies grills blocking off actual guests of the motel. The high rates for a holiday was expected for the 2 days my family was there. What also was expected was some amount of privacy on private property i was spending a large amount of money to expect. The entire parking lot was a mad house with families from locals who where allowed to roam the property and block actual guests who also paid large amounts of money to stay on the property. Afterwards trash covered the grounds. This is not what we paid to experience or should be expected. The swimming pool was filled with people not actual guests. This is not acceptable Your guests should be the priority. I did not complain to the employees because this is a management issue. Afterwards me and my family left and returned home because the party outside felt near chaos. Jeremy R

I was disappointed that when we checked in and got to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Later that night, I was in the room alone, thankfully I had used the extra lock on the door. The front desk had checked someone else in to our room and they were trying to come in.

I sent a message to hotel that flight arrived early in morning asked for early checkin. When we arrived at hotel was told to come back at 4 pm. When we came back at 4 there was a line that took an hour to check in. Got a room that toilet wouldn’t flush and was dirty. Moved to moldy room

I can say I won’t be staying here again. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, kept having to fill up the back with water. Informed the “general manager” only to be told “I have no other room for you- I didn’t ask for another room I asked if someone can look at the toilet- again was told “we have no maintenance person to call” so I said okay well what can we do- I’ll comp you the lady said, asked the room number and wasn’t very kind. When we went to check out the sweetest girl working the desk checked to see if we had actually been comped like the “manager” said and we had no so she fixed that for us.

Pool was nice n large. Very nice girl in Bristo. Had plumbing problems in our room. Manager addressed those issues quickly. Upgraded us to new room, with pool view. Worst are that needs help is front desk. Poor customer service. Called hotel after returning home was put on hold not once but twice, for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever picked up phone to talk to me. I had left something in room and was going to see if they found item and get item mailed to me. I would stay here again but hotel needs better service at front desk. Hotel room was spacious, but needed deep cleaning , especially in bathroom but room was comfortable.

The staff was dealing with their system being down but despite the setback was super professional and helpful. Small issues with card reader for exterior side door not working but beyond that, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were clean and neat. We and all other guests had a problem checking in waited almost two hours trying to get our rooms because the computer system had been down all week. No way to run a modern business.

Carpet in bedroom was not clean. When walking around the bedroom our socks became very dirty. The room was advertised as a king room but was small. The bathroom was extremely small and had no place to store our toiletries

That staff was amazing. The bar was and bartender excellent 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The air conditioning was very noisy but it worked. The toilet sounding like a whole water park when you flushed it. But i was able to change rooms without a problem.
