That staff was amazing. The bar was and bartender excellent 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The air conditioning was very noisy but it worked. The toilet sounding like a whole water park when you flushed it. But i was able to change rooms without a problem.

The first night I arrived we were awake with the fire department banging on the door. We had to evacuate the building after 1am. Then the system was down for the remainder of the visit. I was attempting to stay an additional night…… NO WAY TO BOOK! My expectations were much higher for such a beautiful property. Left a message for GM NEVER A RESPONSE.

Rooms are run down. Mattresses are horrible..,springs poking me all night. Put me in the wrong room twice. I had to keep going back to get my room changed. Also, fire alarm went off at midnight. It was a false alarm thank goodness! But during the event the staff was very rude and not telling us anything. Will never stay here again! Not worth the price for sure. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!!

I would like to start by saying the staff is 10 out of 10. They are friendly and efficient. The staff is exceptionally. Also the lobby is wonderful, very becoming of Marriott property. From here every thing goes down hill, which is no fault of the staff. This property needs remodeling, desperately!! The room should not be associated with the Marriott name. The beds are not stable. If weight is put and the foot of the bed, the head of the bed will rise off the floor!! There is rust on lamps and door hinges. The walls are scuffed, the air barely cools and the tv just darkens. I really wished the rooms matched the hospitality. Please remodel!!

The room bed was horrible. The shower pressure was not good. The cleaning service did not clean appropriately. Trash was not emptied. The bistro bar staff and check in staff was great. But maid service horrible.

The place was absolutely amazing and the people were so friendly, the place where your order breakfast was so nice and the man and women there on Sunday were absolutely so easy going and they did everything fast and super super helpful!!! I look forward to booking again soon with my family, I hope those two at the breakfast/coffee place know how wonderful they are at their jobs! Thank you so much!
