I was disappointed at the condition of the room we stayed in. The Hard Rock use to be one of the nicest hotels in the area. The sheets were dirty, light fixtures broken, toilet paper holder broken, stains on the bed frame, stains on the sofa, and the list goes on. It was overall horrible and nasty there.

Excellent. I was born in Mississippi and raised on the gulf coast, but I recently came home for a graduation. I currently live in Las Vegas. Check in was quick and Isis was very pleasant. I received a free upgrade to a suite and enjoyed the ALL the amenities it had to offer. Soaked in the whirlpool and had breakfast in my room prior to checkout. I cannot wait to return. I’ll stay here every time I come home from now on.

Very let down. I've been staying here the past 7 years and loved it but this time the place seemed tired and run down. Carpets were stained furniture was flicked up and looked worn out. We called for a toothbrush and was told it would be right up 30 minutes later still no toothbrush called again no answer so I called from my cell and immediately answered to be told they were completely out and we could go to the Rock Shop and buy one which costs $10. Our room looked surface clean but when I reached behind the nightstand to plug my phone up(because no usb plugs) my arm was covered in dust and spider webs. On the plus side the Hard Rock Cafe staff and Jarrett at the pool bar were over the top nice.

Very old, smelled terrible in the room. Very hot when entered. AC stopped working throughout the night. Refrigerator didnt work. Had to pay extra upon arrival for use of pool. Saw 1 cocktail waitress in casino area. Staff was rude when calling the front desk. Website absolutely did not show all of the flaws in rooms. Very disappointed

The staff were great and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was polite, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel needs some updates. I can only speak to the Royal Tower but the rooms needed some work. The bathroom "door" is not much more than a sliding shower door and would not close all the way because the track was bent at the bottom preventing the door from settling in the track. It did not provide much privacy. There is no light over the tub so when you closed the dark curtain it was pretty dark. The room needs the location of the outlets changed. There were four across the room by the TV but no outlets at the bedside table. The doors hiding the refrigerator would not close. The AC worked well, kept the room cool. There were other small things like paint peeling off the glass top under the TV, and the bedside table, paint peeling on the wall and at the corner near the bathroom you could see the plaster. Typically things you would see in a room that has not been updated in a while. Overall at the price point the rooms are, I expected more.
