The property was family friendly and check in was easy. There were several amenities that were very nice for families, such as the pool, arcade and king suite with bunkbeds. It was relatively clean and updated although some sections more than others and the text concierge service was excellent. I was disappointed that there were no adult only areas, specifically at the pool and around the car. I was very disappointed with the wait staff at the pool bar. They were understaffed, slow and some were downright rude. Overall it was an average stay and for the cost, not really worth it for me as an adult with no children.

Pool area extremely slippery and also the margaritaville cafe is very slippery. My fiancée slipped and fell in the cafe bc there was water all over the floor. The only thing they were concerned about was getting him to hurry and sign that release of responsibility paper. The manager of the cafe said they refuse to get her a rug for that area. Food and service definitely needs work. All restaurants are extremely slow. Make sure you check your bill, as I was checking out I noticed they put a 25$ early check in fee on my account. We got there less than an hour prior to 4. We def would have just sat and waited that little time.

Margaritaville Biloxi – A Fantastic Getaway! It was amazing! I loved everything about it—from the fun atmosphere to the beautiful views. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was always something to do. Whether you’re looking to relax or have some family fun, this place has it all. I can’t wait to go back!

It was cool. VIP access got me 2 free cups of coffee. Expensive holiday weekend. $400 a night per room. Amusement park is $40 pee day pass. Arcade expensive. Kids had a great time. So it was worth it.

The hotel overall is good for families. The wooden floors on every floor had big cracks and broken areas. They had doors with windows shattered held my tape. My room was not cleaned as good as normal. The room service didn't come by at all to change the garbages out or towels which to me make the resort look lazy. The kids had a good time but the hotel has slowly gone down on its standards each year.

The people people at the Margaritaville Cafe went out their way to make sure I was happy with my food. The manager Rachel was very nice and got into the table very fast and Kelly was on top of the drinks

We really enjoyed the water park and the Cafe daily. The game room was crowded so we did not stay there very late. The elevators are hard to get during certain times but besides that it was a great hotel.

I like that it had everything there lazy river big pool game room but service was horrible and the room next to mine kids were yelling and screaming till 2 am I tryed calling down to the front desk for at least 2 hours a no answer I had my 4 year old daughter was with me I couldn’t just leave and go down to the front desk and complain she had a hard time getting to sleep as well as I did but she finally got to sleep at about 1 am and was not going to wake her up to go complain I asked for extra pillows to put at the side of the bed to keep my daughter from rolling off the bed and they never came for the money it cost me to stay there I could of went to a different place it was just ridiculous

My 2nd stay at Margaritaville Resort. I love love this Resort. Their are so many things for the kids to do. The pool even had a DJ on Friday night. The casino is within walking distance so I did not have to drive anywhere. I plan to return and invite more of my family members.
