The staff was very friendly. The property grounds was very clean. They were doing some construction on the property on the opposite side of the hotel close to our room. It never bothered us. We will definitely stay here again. In a great location.

Very pleasant stay; clean; comfortable; the pool was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Walked to colosseum. Everything you need for vacation is right there. Walked to beach. Really appreciate the room was fresh with no strong disinfectant smell.

A lot of potholes in the parking lot. Granted there was some kind of construction next to the hotel. I feel like the pot holes should’ve been filled or tapped off so it wouldn’t cause customers to get a flat tire. Over all great place. I’d stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. This time was awful. The floors were dirty, the light sockets looked like they had mold around them. The beds were so hard that we eventually left and went to another hotel.

They said it was a non smoking room, but smelled like smoke! The amount of money you pay, the room needs to be updated or upgraded. The front desk staff, especially the 2 when I was checking in and out were very rude! TV and WiFi was in and out! A bad experience! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The walls are paper thin. We heard every conversation from the people next door and every door that slammed closed. The room are minimally clean. Rust and stains everywhere, especially in the bathroom. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it.

I am giving the facility average in cleanliness because of the bathroom in the room. At first glance, the lobby is very clean and the area around the property seemed to be clean. Our room was clean, however, the bathroom could have used a little more TLC. The baseboards were not clean and the walls could have been painted. The hotel did not appear to be full. However, we were placed next to an occupant or they were placed next to us. Regardless, the occupant liked to have their TV on loud volume. In fact, we stayed 2 nights and each night their TV was so loud that it woke us up between 1 and 2 am. The second night we called the front desk clerk. The telephone in our room did not work well, but the clerk could hear me. The clerk did notify the occupant and the disturbance was stopped. The next day upon check out, I told the clerk that maybe the hotel should have a policy of not placing occupants next to each other when the hotel was not full. He told me that this was not possible and basically told me that the same clerk may not always check occupants in their room. I completely understand this, but I feel like the clerk would know if the room next to someone would be occupied or not. We utilized the pool and it was nice. As I mentioned, all areas were clean except the bathroom in our room could have used TLC. We did like the fact that our room was easy to access and parking was easily available. There were several good options for breakfast.
