“Wij verbleven er met de kinderen, kleinkindjes en 3 honden. We waren met 12. Alles was meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Zalig toekomen, opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken genoeg voorradig, onze vakantie kon direct beginnen, er stond zelfs een wijntje koud in de frigo. Bij mooi weer is het heerlijk buiten zitten voor een BBQ met excellent vlees van 'boucherie Bertrand' uit Mettet en bij minder weer een prachtige, ruime plaats om binnen te eten. Mooie wandelingen, railbikes vanuit Falaen naar de abdij……

“Bon gîte , grand et spacieux , nous avons eu celui au dessus de la salle de mariage . Propre et assez facile , les propriétaires ont été correct dans l’annonce que nous allons avoir du bruit car il y’avait une soirée dans la salle en dessous . Nous avons entendu un peu la musique mais comme on était prévenu aucun soucis . “Der Aufenthalt bei Rudy und seiner Frau war wirklich sehr sehr toll. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und auch der weitere Aufenthalt der folgenden Tage war sehr entspannt. Er erkundigte sich nach unserem Wohlergehen, und war wirklich sehr darauf bedacht, das man sich wohl fühlt! Sollten wir noch mal in Belgien Urlaub machen, dann dort!! “We really enjoyed our stay at the house. There was a lot of space in the living/eating area, two bedrooms with each an own bathroom and a seperate toilet. Our children were already old enough, but when going with little ones and early walkers the staircase could be a challenge.The bath- and bedrooms were very clean, the kitchen full equiped and the fireplace was also working very well. You can reach a lot of wonderful cities/touristic sites without sitting hours in the car. The village itself……
